90% of retailers’ revenues still come from in-store (brick and mortar) sales. These retailers struggle, however, to understand their customers’ in-store experience. Typical methods involve survey codes printed at the bottom of paper receipts and a call to action to visit the website to complete the survey. Response rates are well below 1% and untimely. Chatter Research has built a point-of-sale / point-of-service survey tool to address this problem. As a customer completes a purchase, or immediately after an interaction with a service professional (like field service technician), a chat is initiated with the customer in which the customer is asked about their experience.
MedChart has built a B2B platform that automates the majority of the process of patient data sharing and thus enables the efficient, cost-effective, consented sharing of patient information among the parties that require access. The platform consists of three components: Chart Connect (for parties needing health information like insurers, law firms, labs, clinics), Chart Assist (for those groups that contribute to health records like hospitals, clinics, and other medical services), and a Consent Engine (for patients, which allows them to control which parties have access to their data).
